Omg I did a brainstorming page for an ending. My mind went Berzerk too many ideas lol. Too many ways it can end . Now I understand why so many movies have more than one ending. This was suppose to be a simple task. I am exhausted my brain can not
focus on being simple tonight 😦
Do you need business partners?
•Do I need partners?
One rule that I’ve used is that if someone is critical to helping me achieve the goals that I have set for the company, offer them some form of equity. If not, make them an employee (possibly a highly paid employee), if justified.
•Goals
Make sure you and your partner have the same goals. It is very important.
•Who’s going to do what?
While the partners will most likely wear multiple hats at the start, there should be a delineation of responsibilities with assigned roles that play to each individual’s strengths.
•How will we resolve conflicts?
Air them out.
I think that having agreements in writing lets everyone involved have a clear understanding of what is being proposed. Put signatures down and be willing to revisit the operating agreement as required.
•How will we dissolve the partnership?
Hope that it never gets to this point, but be prepared just in case.
While no one goes into a partnership with the intent of ending it prematurely, life events or a change in strategy may mean one or more partners want out.
Read more here in detail if you are seriously thinking about going into business. For the industry maybe you just want to contract people to assist with your production or work with a production team. This seems easier to me this way you deal with you and the main few partners you work with. Keep in mind its your business so be cautious and take your time with any deal or contract you commit to.
Network !!! Network !!! Network !!!
Morning…..
I can not express how important networking is when you are self employed. Get your contacts!!!! You never know when you can use someone’s help or you can help someone.
Remember never set limits to your goals. Once you set a limit you will achieve no more.
3 Brilliant Negotiating Tips I Learned From Steve Jobs

We have another entertainer looking to get more involved in politics. What do you think? Entertainers stick to entertaining and politician stick to politicking?
Characters in movie
Your character should have a goal in the story. It can be long term or short term goal. While this character is trying to achieve this goal you need to add some spice. You need to some twist, drama , action or suspense to make this goal doable or not.

What are u doing?
While you are sleeping and preparing for the New Year. Www.mickiraproductions.com is up creating a great story to hit the screen.
I applaud writers. It’s very challenging to tell a story that all types of people can understand. It’s not a great story if only you understand it. You want your viewers to know the point of your story.
What are some ways you prepare to write a story?
We began with a great story idea. Then we created the characters to help tell the story. We are so excited to have the option to experience this great journey.
I am happy to share another great story from a writers point of view. We rarely give credit to the behind the scenes folks that create and make the story happen.
Another writer story……
Role Playing
Role playing.
Actors who really connect with their characters do they become more believable? Do you think the actor is capable of being like that character in the real world? Can some of these actors be affected by some roles played? For example how many of you believed, Leonardo who played Django can be racist? Many say he was so believable, he must be racist. Kerry mention how emotional she got when she played her role. She felt emotional during the beating and her rape scene. Could this affect her mentally?
I watched this video The Standford Experiment. It shows how when given a role and put in the environment how real things become.
“The Roles that people play can shape their behavior and attitudes.”
Qualities of a Producer
“Producers are highly self-motivated individuals, who have the final responsibility for all aspects of a film’s production. It is mentioned the Producer monitors the film from birth to completion and beyond, starting long before the film-making process and continuing to talk about and sell the picture long after everyone else has gone on to other projects.”
What is the job?
Their primary responsibility is to foster an environment in which the creative talents of the cast and crew can flourish – Producers are therefore ultimately accountable for the success of the finished film.
Pre-production – Producers typically select and bring together the key members of the creative team, including the Director, Cinematographer & Production Designer and potential key cast members. They assist the Executive Producers to raise finance for the production and, once the initial finance is in place, they select other key production office personnel as well as the essential Heads of Departments. Producers also approve locations, studio hire, the final shooting script, production schedule and budget. More time and money spent in pre-production can reduce time and money wasting in production.
Post-production and marketing – Producers are expected to liaise with the Director and post-production departments, including editing – both picture and sound, music and visual effects. The Producer will deal with the finance and distribution companies in planning the marketing and distribution of the finished film.
